These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tee's Flooring LLC services and the teesflooring.com website. By using our website, requesting a quote, or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Tee's Flooring LLC is a family-owned flooring sales and installation business serving Columbus and Central Ohio since 2005. Owner: Tony Tipton. Contact: (614) 668-0458 · info@teesflooring.com.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes are based on the measurements, materials, and conditions Tony observes during the in-home visit. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes after the initial visit, if structural issues are uncovered, or if you select different materials. We will always confirm any change with you before proceeding.

Scheduling and cancellations

• Free in-home estimates can be rescheduled or cancelled at any time — just call or text us
• Once a deposit is taken and materials are ordered, deposits cover non-refundable material costs
• Install dates are scheduled in writing once your materials arrive

Workmanship and materials

Installations are performed by Tee's Flooring's own crew — we do not subcontract installs. Materials carry the manufacturer's warranty applicable to the product. Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the install completion date for issues arising solely from installation defects.

SMS program terms

Tee's Flooring SMS is a customer-care messaging program operated by Tee's Flooring LLC.

• Program description: appointment confirmations and reminders, quote follow-ups, install scheduling updates, occasional promotional offers, and customer-service replies
• Message types: transactional, promotional, and alert messages
• Age requirement: you must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service
• Frequency: message frequency may vary based on your project and our communication with you
• Cost: message and data rates may apply per your carrier's plan; we do not charge for the messages themselves
• How to opt in: by submitting your phone number on our website with the consent box checked, by replying YES to a message from us, or by giving Tony permission verbally on a call
• How to opt out: reply STOP to any text from us. You'll receive one final confirmation, then no further messages from this program

• Carrier disclaimer: carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Payments

We accept cash, check, credit card, and approved financing. Payment terms are confirmed in writing on your quote before any work begins. Final payment is due upon install completion unless other terms are agreed in writing.

Website use

The content on teesflooring.com — text, photography, logos, design — is the property of Tee's Flooring LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and may make changes at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tee's Flooring LLC's liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or any service we provide is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Licking County, Ohio.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
